Service Description

This module introduces basic brain functionality and how the brain is naturally wired for bias. Using the SEEDS model created by the NeuroLeadership Institute, participants will gain a better understanding of the five primary unconscious biases that impact decision-making. This module is a great way to introduce new language and awareness to help organizations address bias with candor and care.
