Research shows that about 40% of a person’s time is spent managing issues around not feeling welcome (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc). This module reveals the dichotomy between Asian cultural values and centuries-old stereotypes that can create a cultural barrier easily remedied through awareness and dialogue.
