Cultural Intelligence (CQ)

Service Description

Due to the basic wiring in the brain, the way we communicate either elicits a ‘towards’ or ‘away’ response in others. Participants learn to communicate more mindfully by asking open-ended questions and listening to connect, not judge or reject. This training pairs nicely with CQ learning modules and teaches mindful communication to deepen cultural awareness and understanding.
